On September 27, 2010 Etica SGR voted at each item on the agenda in shareholders’ meeting with a positive vote, except from bonus plan for company’s management and remuneration of managers for FY 2008/2009.

On May 18, 2010 we voted in the German automotive company’s general meeting. Etica SGR abstained from the approval of the management board’s remuneration plan and asked BMW to include social and environmental goals in the calculation of the variable remuneration for the top management.
On May 22, 2010 for the first time, Etica SGR joined the multinational gas company’s general meeting. Despite the efforts to connect management’s remuneration also with workplace safety and health, we abstained from the approval of the management’s remuneration plan. Etica SGR voted against the financing of political parties.
K+S – On May 11, 2010 Etica SGR voted in the company’s general meeting. K+S is a German company engaged in the production of fertilizer and industrial salt. Etica SGR abstained from the approval of the management board’s remuneration plan and voted against the election of a director due to a conflict of interest.
