Etica Sgr participated to Telecom’s shareholder meeting held in Milan on April 13th 2006.
In particular, Etica Sgr intervened asking further information about the remuneration plan (bonuses) of managers Tronchetti Provera, Ruggiero e Buora.
As a result, Etica Sgr obtained a series of meetings with the management and estabilished a good dialog with the company, even if Telecom Italia is no more included in the portfolios since July 2006.
