Etica SGR took part, for the first time, in the shareholders’ meeting held on Aprile 29, 2008 in the company’s headquarted in Ospitaletto (BS). Sabaf is engaged in the production of burner and valves for gas ovens appliances and is one of the two Italian companies being subject of Ethical funds’ investments.
Alessanda Viscovi, general manager at Etica SGR, spoke during the general meeting to ensure the company will be compliant with the same social and environmental policy also for the new plants to be built in Turkey and Mexico. Sequentially to the meeting, Etica SGR discussed the issues with Mr. Giuseppe Salieri, chairman and founder, and Mr. Angelo Bettinzoli, CEO. Both of them confirmed the applicability of the Ethical policy to all the production sites, regardless the country they are located in.
