For the fourth year Etica SGR took part in the shareholders’ meeting of this house ware manufacturer headquartered in Fabriano (AN).
We voted for every items in the agenda (financial statements approval, board of auditors renewal, authorization to purchase of company’s shares) and three main issues came up: environmental certification for companies’ plants, ethical monitoring for suppliers and stock o option plans.
Etica SGR uses to have regular meeting with Indesit before and after the shareholders’ meeting and expressed availability to start the first socio-environmental assessments for the suppliers by the end of the FY and arrange a meeting with Etica SGR in order to discuss about the acquired outcome.
