Etica SGR joined, thanks to its investments with V.R. funds, the company’s general meeting held on May 3, 2007 in Fabriano. Indesit Company is the second largest home appliances manufacturer. During the meeting Etica SGR asked for more information and disclosure about the variable remuneration and bonus for the CEO and the Chairman. The dialogue with the company is currently open.
