Etica Sgr joined the Senior Gender Diversity initiative in June 2010, together with 8 members of the PRI (Pax World, Calvert, Boston Trust, The Co-operative Asset Management, Batirente, Vancity Investments, Folksam and FIR Capital). The aim of the initiative is to improve the company policies in relation to gender diversity on Boards of Directors and in top management: the project involved sending a letter and a questionnaire to companies regarding their compliance with equal opportunity.
Etica Sgr, the initiative leader in Italy, sent the questionnaire to all companies of its Investable Universe in August 2010 and June 2011. After having received the responses, Etica Sgr gathered the results and sent them to the PRI.
